If you wish to change your travel date, hotel, destination, or other travel arrangements, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, hotel charges, airline charges, visa fees, and other applicable service charges.
Some services, including visa fees, non-refundable airline tickets, hotel bookings, and special packages, may not be eligible for a refund.
Flight and hotel cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective airline or hotel. Additional cancellation charges may apply.
Visa approval is entirely dependent on the respective embassy or government authority. Visa fees and processing charges are generally non-refundable, even in case of visa rejection or cancellation.
If a traveller fails to appear for a booked service without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund may be provided.
